The Electric Eels committee have been working hard to try and secure support to allow the club to continue to grow.
Our main sponsors Make a Difference Together and Hudgell Solicitors along with all of our other many supporters, have ensured the Eels are currently secure from a financial point of view, but in recent months we have been working to put in place plans to try and ensure that no matter what level of football our players want to play at, we can fully support them.
We are really pleased to announce that the Tigers Trust have pledged their support, they are going to be sending apprentices along to our training sessions to help out with training and learn about powerchair football, they are also looking into running local powerchair football coaching courses with the help of the WFA.
As well as this, we are excited to announce that the Tigers Trust are going to be helping the Eels put on training camps during the school holidays, which we hope will bring new players to the club and allow us to keep growing.
I’m sure everyone will agree the future looks very exciting for the Eels, watch out for further news on these developments! Follow us on Twitter @ERElectricEels and on Facebook.
