After more than 10 weeks of pre season our competition teams are ready to hit the road for the new upcoming season. The club are taking two squads to Thornaby for the opening round of the North East Regional League 2017/18 season.
On Sunday 3rd September both Electric Eels and Electric Eels Academy will travel to Thornaby, Middlesbrough to compete in the North East Regional League. The first round of fixtures will begin at 12pm for both teams.
Our first team who are competing in the North East Regional Premiership will face Middlesbrough in what will be a tough encounter, and their final game of the day will be against Newcastle at 3pm. The academy team are competing in the North East Regional Championship will face Middlesbrough Blue and their final game of round 1 will be against Leeds Dynamos.
