Hull & East Yorkshire Powerchair Football Club are inviting members of the public to come along and cheer on both of their teams; Electric Eels first team and Electric Eels Academy.
The local powerchair football club’s season starts on Sunday 8th September at The Allam Sports Centre, University of Hull with both teams kicking off the North East Regional League 2019/20 season at 10am.
Electric Eels first team who will be competing in the North East Championship for 2019/20 season face Hotwheels at 10am, later in the day facing Newcastle Magpies at 1pm. Meanwhile, Electric Eels Academy who will be competing in the North East League 1 for 2019/20 season face Middlesbrough Discovery at 10am then later in the day face Darlington at 12pm.
Kai Gill, Marketing & Communications Officer said: " This is an exciting opportunity for everyone within Hull to come along and witness this fantastic sport, powerchair football. It gives people the chance to cheer on both of our first team and academy team. We look forward to seeing as many of you there to cheer on and meet our players. The crowd really do give our players big boost and they are excited to showcase the sport to new people."
